Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Human Services from the Pennsylvania State University in 2010.  Upon graduation, she went on to do a year of volunteer service with PCUSA’s Young Adult Volunteer (YAV) program.  Through her volunteer placement at the organization DOOR (Discovering Opportunities for Outreach and Reflection), Megan organized and facilitated week-long mission trips for youth visiting the city of Atlanta.

Megan has a long and varied history of working with children and youth; she taught swimming lessons for 6 years, worked in therapeutic environments with youth experiencing mental health and behavioral issues, and facilitated youth group mission trips.  She hopes to continue working with youth in the future, and hopes to further discern her long-term vocational calling through her work at the Stewart Center.
